Jake began his restaurant career at the age of 16 working in a quick-service foodservice operation and then went to culinary school where he earned his degree. He then worked for Hotel Sofitel in the USA and many independent fine dining restaurants: in the Philippines where he started the first Angus beef certified restaurant in the country and later in China. After almost 10 years in Asia, he’s now ready to bring to Saigon the real classic Americana. Good food, cold beers and friendly atmosphere: sounds good to you? Come over!
